Deliveries will be made within 4 business days of processing your order within a specified time of day. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to retrieve your items as soon as possible. Faddegon’s is not responsible for perishable items such as plants or food that may succumb to the elements.
You will be notified by email that your order has been received. A second email will be sent to confirm your delivery date and time. You will be notified as soon as possible if a delivery needs to be rescheduled due to impending weather. We appreciate your consideration for our driver’s, and your products, safety.
Your order will be left at your front door, with a knock / ring of the doorbell to alert you of delivery. Due to COVID-19, Faddegon’s delivery team will NOT be able to enter your home / assist with setup of any kind.
For Webshop Orders, our local delivery zip codes include: 12047, 12110, 12128, 12189, 12205, 12211, 12309. A $30 delivery fee will be applied. If you live outside these zip codes, you’re welcome to use our Curbside Pickup option.
You will be notified by email that your order has been received. Your order will be ready for pickup within 2 business days after processing your order.
You will be notified when your order is ready. Pick up is daily between 10 am and 4 pm. Please pull into a parking spot at the front of the store and call 518.785.6726 to notify of your arrival. A team member will meet you at your car with your items.
Important note: Because many of our products are perishable, all curbside orders must be picked up within 48 hours of notification that your order is ready. A 10% restocking fee will be charged and your card will be refunded for your purchase after 48 hours.
